Welcome to this Daily Devotional Today. Bible Study with me as we walk through John 13:1-11 | Daily Bible reading is essential to Christian maturity so let’s look at our daily Bible verse as we do this deep dive Bible study.
What is the passage saying?
-What does this mean for me?
1.) v.1 He knew His hour had come
-Will you be ready when your hour comes? Confession, witness, faithfulness, love?
2.) v.2 Judas the disciple chose to betray Jesus
- Everyone thought he was a disciple (had everyone deceived)
-He thought he was a disciple (self deceived)
-We must not pull back from others when we are betrayed
3.) v.3-5 Jesus knew His place and was secure to serve
-We must understand & believe our high calling to serve the lowliest
-We must never think of ourselves as above service
4.) v.6-11 Peter arrogantly told Jesus "No"
-we must be humble enough to accept from God His help and leading

From what perspective is this Bible study?
