Ascension Help: Gluten Conspiracy and 5G #spirituality

Buried emotions are not all that you need to let go of.

We need to let go of self-deprecation.

“I can’t do that, I’m too dumb.”

“I can’t do that, I have to pay the bills.”

“I can’t because bleh.”

Dr. David Hawkins says very wisely in his book Letting Go, that we need to sub out “I can’t” with “I won’t”.

You can do almost anything you want. What you really mean is that it is too hard. That you don’t want to be burdened or bothered.

This is going to seem unrelated, but if you are lethargic and depressed stop eating gluten.

Soon your I can’ts will become, “I already did, and now I’m doing this.”

Quitting Gluten will improve your life in more ways than you could have ever hoped for.

You don’t even have to eat healthily, just stop the gluten. Obviously, eat healthy to be healthy. But to fix the lethargy, the brain fog, the depression. Quit gluten.
