At one point I thought I was having heart issues because of heart palpitations (something I learned more than a decade later is a sign of a spiritual awakening.) I went to the doctor and they prescribed me anti-anxiety meds.

But get this… they didn’t even tell me what it was. He wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. I took one but then googled them when I got home. It was Clorazipam. Addictive anti-anxiety meds.

I have an aunt who’s addicted to a bunch of meds thanks to pharmaceutical companies, so I said no thanks and tossed them out.
