1) Multipurpose Premix :
Rice - 2 cups
Urad Dal / Split Black grams - 1/2 cup
Moong Dal / split Yellow grams - 1 Tbsp
Channa Dal / Split chickpeas grams - 1 Tbsp
Thin Poha/flatten rice flakes - 1/3 cup
Methi / Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Fine Rava / Sooji / Semolina - 3 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 Tbsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
2) Pizza Base : for 1 person measurement
Premix flour - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Curd - 3 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
3) Pizza Baking on pan :
Oil - 1 Tsp (To grease pan)
Pizza sauce / Tomato Ketchup - 2 or 3 Tbsp (As per requirement)
Toppings : (Add as per your preferences)
Coloured bell peppers
Black olives
Pickles Jalapeño
Mozzarella cheese / Any cheese - as per taste
Sprinkle Chilli flakes and Mixed herbs
Basil leaves - Garnishing
