Why Shamima Begum should be allowed back to the UK

Before I start, I do not post this as some left wing loon, nor to look like a nice person for social media.

I also understand that most people will not want her back.

But let me put forward my thoughts.

The first is that I see a huge difference is males and females who went to join the Islamic State (IS). From what I gather males went in order to take drugs, rape women and children, and to murder people. Because of this, it is unlikely I would be ever posting about having males returned.

On the other hand many girls who went seemed to have been conned into going by being given some religiose waffle by con people, in order to give the males a few more women to sexually abuse.

Of course there is a small danger she may herself return and do some harm to those in the UK, but that applies to anyone. I too as well as you, could go out and blow ourselves up. One suspects that her doing any harm is so low, it is very unlikely to happen.

If anything, she may need help for trauma she has had.

Another reason to bring her back is to stick two fingers up at the Islamic State (IS). It would presumably be a blow to the Islamic State (IS) to have the world see her happy and free in the UK, to show the world that the Islamic State (IS) is failed. As such it may put off others considering joining the Islamic State (IS) or any other such versions.

Finally, one reason to bring Shamima Begum back now, is that chances are she will end up back in the UK after millions spent on legal fees to try to stop her.

At the end of the day, when she went, she was just a child. And before you say she knew what she was doing, I would reply by saying, that would be the same as blaming a child you is groomed into having sex with an adult. In my mind, she was groomed, and is a victim.
