Today, I’m going to cover the surprising potential causes of autoimmune diseases. There are so many people developing autoimmune diseases around the world, and I want to share what I think is going on.

When it comes to autoimmune diseases, we need to ask the right questions. Instead of asking what causes autoimmune diseases, I think we need to ask what causes immunodeficiency or immunosuppression. We also need to ask what causes harmful microbes that are dormant to become active and cause problems.

Well-known triggers of autoimmune diseases:
• Chemicals
• Toxins
• Leaky gut
• Drugs
• Corticosteroids
• Chemotherapy

Surprising potential causes of autoimmune diseases:
• An excessively clean environment
• Infant formulas
• A problem with your VDR (vitamin D receptor)
• Major stress
• Antibiotics
• Loss of the microbiome

What you can do if you have an autoimmune disease:
1. Take high doses of vitamin D3 with vitamin K2
2. Take TUDCA
3. Take probiotics (unless you have a gut problem)
4. Reduce the fiber in your diet (if you have a gut problem)
5. Get on the keto diet
6. Start intermittent and prolonged fasting
7. Do a stress detox
