DPD interim chief said officer's prognosis is good

Interim Chief Ron Thomas said the DPD officer shot in Broomfield is a 20-year veteran of the department who is stable with a "very good prognosis." The suspect, who is dead, was a person of interest in a homicide out of Denver.
