Battlefield: Bad Company is the sixth title in the Battlefield series, released in 2008 for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
Battlefield: Bad Company is set in a fictional modern war between the United States and Russia. The game uses EA DICE's self-developed next-generation Frost engine, which has excellent graphics and supports large-scale destruction effects. Most buildings, objects and trees can be destroyed in the game. As a console game, the game also features a single-player storyline in which the player is not a serious war machine, but a soldier who often laughs and jokes and even breaks away from the organisation for money. Multiplayer is available for up to 24 players online, in both Gold Rush and the traditional Conquest modes. Battlefield: Renegade Company has enjoyed some success on console platforms, selling 1.6 million copies in a month.
