Southeast Wisconsin weather: Frosty morning before sunny Thursday with highs near 60

It was a cold morning with lows in the 30s and 40s, and this afternoon stayed in the 50s once again, but it felt so much better with the sunshine and light breeze. The sky is clear tonight and the wind is calm...perfect conditions for frost. All of SE Wisconsin, except Milwaukee and the lakefront, is under a frost advisory tonight with lows near freezing inland to 42 in Milwaukee. Thursday is another nice day with a light breeze, sunshine, and highs near 60.
