Canada: Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault addresses Great Lakes Public Forum – September 28, 2022

Canadian Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault delivers opening remarks on the second day of the 2022 Great Lakes Public Forum in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Canada and the United States are co-hosting the three-day event, which is falling on the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement between the two countries. Susan Humphrey (Environment and Climate Change Canada) and Chris Korleski (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) also deliver remarks.
