Real Estate Problems in California

When I moved out of California back in 2012, I knew the writing was on the walls. The Real Estate was about to face massive problems.

Fast forward to 2022 with laws such as the California's Tenant Protection Act of 2019 and it's very difficult for landlords to collect rent. It's causing a chain reaction that is causing everyone to move because they cannot afford to live there.
