Federal Reserve Chair Powell: US Central Bank digital currency would not be anonymous.

Rep Thomas Massie: 'A monopoly on weapons of personal defense notwithstanding, the traceable currency is the most powerful tool of a totalitarian government. According to the FED chair, the central bank digital currency would be 'identity verified, so it would not be anonymous.'
