Jerky chicken is an easy-to-prepare snack recipe that will suit any feast, both on a weekday and on a holiday.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast/fillet 2 pcs
A mixture of spices from dried garlic, paprika, salt, hot pepper - 1 teaspoon each
Salt 1 kg

Cooking time: 25 minutes without downtime and drying

STEPS:
Rinse chicken breast/fillet and pat dry with paper towels. It is necessary to cut off all the fat on the fillet so that only the meat remains.
Sprinkle the clean fillet completely with salt so that all parts of the fillet are covered, cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, the fillet must be washed from salt and put under running water for 3 hours.
In a bowl, mix paprika, dried garlic, black pepper, hot pepper.
Dry the fillet with a paper towel and roll well in spices so that the entire chicken breast is covered with spices.
Next, you need to hang the fillet in a well-ventilated place for 4 days and voi-la, a delicious dried breast is ready.
