With warnings of recession, some critical of how Pritzker is paying off unemployment debt

Gov. J.B. Pritzker announced his administration is paying down another $450 million of the state's remaining $1.8 billion unemployment debt. Some are critical of the dollars being used for the debt with a recession possible. Plus, taxpayers still don't know how much fraud there's been.
