WILL THE NM SUPREME COURT DO THE RIGHT THING?

Will the NM Supreme Court do the right thing and will they adhere to the LAW? Larry Marker, who is running as an Independent 'write in' candidate for NM Land Commissioner, has filed a 'Petition for a Writ of Mandamus' against the SOS Maggie Oliver, to the NMSC on behalf of 'we the people'. He is asking them basically to make the SOS adhere to NM law regarding elections. Larry has hit the 'election nail' on the head with this pleading ... and amazingly no mainstream media has picked it up! Great conversation!
