Skittles Are Actually DEADLY 😱 ALLEGEDLY Contains Toxic Colorant & Damage Vital Organs & DNA

Skittles manufacturer Mars Inc. is being sued by #JenileThames, a California woman who accuses Mars of endangering unsuspecting Skittles eaters by using 'heightened levels' of titanium dioxide. Jenile claims that the colorant used in Skittles is dangerous and puts people at risk of damage to their brains.

According to the lawsuit, titanium dioxide is used in paint, adhesives, plastics and roofing materials, and can cause DNA, brain and organ damage, and well as lesions in the liver and kidneys. A full ban on titanium dioxide in food products went into effect in France in 2020, and will be banned in the European Union next month after it was declared unsafe due to 'genotoxicity,' or the ability to change DNA.

The lawsuit is reportedly seeking “unspecified damage for fraud and violations of California consumer protection laws.” Jenile’s lawyers are hoping for class-action status that covers all of Skittles' US retail customers, a number they say is too numerous to estimate. Skittles sold an estimated $185 million in the US in 2017, making it the nation's top non-chocolate chewy candy.
