Challah for Rosh Hashanah 2022!

Today is part of the 2-day Jewish New Year's holiday (holy day) "Rosh Hashanah". Challah bread, along with slices of apple dipped in honey, is a traditional food served today.
It's been years since I've made challah, but I didn't have to work today and it was a chilly morning (good for baking), so I gave it a try. Maybe the chocolate chip challah wasn't the best idea for a non-sweet dough. Next time, I'll try filling one of the braids with diced apples or dried apricots.
L'shahah tovah! (Happy New Year)

...Well, looks like I've eaten my bread quota for the week by 1 PM on Monday! I guess this is why I don't bake bread that often!
