The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported an increase in the number of victims of a shooting at a school in Izhevsk.
Up to 15 people died, including 11 children, according to the agency. 24 people were also injured, including 22 schoolchildren.

Earlier in the day, the regional authorities said that an unknown person entered a school in Izhevsk and opened fire, killing the security guard.
