Goldman Sachs fined $5.5 Million for only 156 naked shorts in South Korea

If USA handed out these level of fines for naked shorting the naked shorting problem would go away overnight but because our regulatory agencies are in cahoots with the bad actors the get a slap in the wrist and continue committing felonies
