Eagle Park Brewing & Distilling Company acquires Milwaukee Brewing Company

Muskego's Eagle Park Brewing & Distilling Company has acquired Milwaukee Brewing Company, the brewer announced Monday. Under the terms of a purchase agreement, Eagle Park will acquire Milwaukee Brewing's intellectual property, branding, and recipes.
