APE preferred shares can not be delisted

My interpretation of the delisting rules tells me that those rules apply to common shares not preferred shares And even if they could push APE down to .01 cents APE shares are convertible to AMC common shares so we could just convert them to AMC shares and all that nonsense becomes moot
