One other quick thing. So I have a couple of family members that work for the IRS. And all this talk about how rich people will try to pay taxes. and you know how the agents will force them to pay. My aunt is one of those people that work with settling debts and she says that she basically has to beg all these rich people, hey you know you owe all this money can you really sell your third house to help pay for this. And it's just an absolute mess. I appreciate the call. If you know that, I wanted to briefly talk about this today. We did a video and one of them I don't even know how to describe this cohort of people now. these supposed leftists perceived the IRS as some type of evil government entity. Remember this is the mechanism by which we both raise revenue for the government. but most importantly also the key tool if you want to deal with wealth and income inequality. and that is through the tax code. That is the way we've got this runaway wealth and income inequality. was a function of tax changes that took place. and then over the past 10 years. it's really been maybe closer to 12. There has been a massive defunding of the IRS. and we talked about this last week in a video that we did. When people are claiming that this is the money in the inflation reduction Act that was earmarked for the IRS people are claiming that this is going to be a way to go after Working Class People low-income people for more tax revenue. and this Dynamic there is no question about what has happened over the past 10-12 years. The IRS was defunded. and what happened was that because the IRS was defunded significantly the IRS audited fewer people. period end of the story. They audited millionaires and wealthy people at a much more diminished rate than they did people who are low-income receiving Earned Income Tax Credit.
