How to clear trash from 2.5 Acre Mobile Home Lot with a Bobcat T650, SR3 & Compact tractor

SR3-NOT JUST for dirt! What a cool project this was! Not only was a property management and Bobcat T50 excavation project but it also ties in with land investing! No one wants to buy a property that is full of trash and potholes! Join us today as me and my buddy Phil tackle a 2.5 acre former mobile home park. The mobile homes have all been removed but there is a ton of trash, bricks, blocks, metal, potholes and more. I'll be using my Bobcat T650 CTL with my ABI attachments SR3 and Phil will have his tractor with the dirt bucket and a 3 pt tractor rake. This combination worked out fantastic!
