Two HIMARS rockets launched by Ukrainian forces hit a hotel housing an RT crew in the Kherson region. There are reports of at least two deaths, with victims still trapped under the rubble. As voting enters its third day in Donbass and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions we continue our special coverage of the ongoing referendums on joining Russia and hear from locals on the ground. Over a thousand international observers are also working at the referendum polling stations with some noting the high level of organization and the enthusiasm of many voters.
