Queen Elizabeth II visited Canada with the royal family when she was 10 years old. From February 6, 1952, she became Queen of the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth countries.
Crowned in 1953, she reigned for 70 years and 214 days, the longest of any British monarch and the longest recorded of any female head of state in history.

Stamp collecting is a multifaceted hobby, and today I've selected 73 old stamps that I have the privilege of owning, related to Queen Elizabeth II, from 1935-1976; look at the history she has influenced during her reign.
