UFO Triangle

I saw something. It was a really big or flying really low , I think it was flying low. It had three bright red triangular lights, it was totally silent. It wasn’t going super fast and did not hover. 

No I don’t believe in aliens but I do think there could be a man-made phenomenon, it could be a drone but I did not hear any drone engines and those are usually pretty loud. It was totally silent.
