Getting my broken GTI back from Carvana's repair people

I can't catch a break. My new to me 2015 MK7 VW GTI had random misfires and hide cylinder EPC / CEL light s . Fortunately this was an easy fix since it's a common problem in most cars. I wanted Carvana's warranty to cover it in full. Which they did. It was a defective / old oem coilpack. Thanks Tire Kingdom and Carvana.
