Instant oatmeal
1/3 C oats
2 Tbs crushed oats
2 tbs sugar
2 tsp dry powder milk
Pinch salt
Flax/ chia if desired

Baked Oatmeal
4 c oats
4 tea pumpkin pie spice
2 tea baking powder
1/2 tea salt
2 c pumpkin
2 2/2 c milk
4-6eggs
Vanilla
2/3 c honey

Bake 375 13x9
30-35 min

Granola
4 c oats
4 c nuts
1 tea salt
1 tea cinnamon
1/2 c oil
1/2 c honey
Vanilla
Dried fruit
Bake 300
30 min stir ever 15 until golden
