HIIT to work with this full body, functional burner! 🔥💪

Just wrapped up the final HIIT workout for my #clairescorechallenge 💪 I can’t believe how quickly the last 6 weeks have flow by! Even though my challenge has just ended, I’m leaving my core + cardio program up in my app for an additional 6 weeks! So, even if you didn’t participate, when you have my app downloaded you will still be able to crush these quick, killer workouts! 🙌

D E E T S :

Complete 5 rounds of the following 4 exercises. Try to get through each round as fast as possible. Rest 90 seconds between rounds.

1️⃣ Double or Single unders (you could also go jumping jacks, run or use any form of cardio equipment)
🔥 30 secs

2️⃣ Thrusters using whatever kind of weights you’d like
🔥 15 reps

3️⃣ Scorpion push ups OR regular push ups
🔥 10 reps (5 each side)

4️⃣ Burpee pull ups OR Burpees
🔥 5 reps
