Famous Billy Goat Tavern & 1921 Slider at White Castle - Chicago

A visit to the famous Billy Goat Tavern in Chicago where the Chicago Cubs Curse of the Billy Goat came from and also inspired the Saturday Night Live Sketch "Cheeseborger, Cheeseborger, Cheeseborger No Pepsi, Coke". Unfortunately they close early on Sundays so was unable to dine inside.

So my back-up plan came true - a visit to White Castle in the South Loop of Chicago to try the 1921 slider. The 1921 slider is a nod to the original White Castle recipe and is only found at a select few White Castle locations throughout the USA. This particular location in the South Loop of Chicago is one of the few that cooks and sells this rare slider so I had to try it for myself and share it with you.
