German journalist Alina Lipp censored and threatened with arrest for reporting?

I'm not aware of the particulars of her case, but how is war reporting a crime? NOTE: Alina is German-Russian (her mother is German, her father is Russian and his account has also been frozen), so I guess she has a side, but why is it a crime?
