His background includes Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and Marine Biology. It extends to Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Weapons. Fred is known as a dedicated Social Justice Advocate for the Caribbean People in response to the injustices seen in various government actions over the last two years.
