NOTE: The image from 9/11 is from "September Clues", a documentary that argues that the planes didn't exist and were added later as special effects. I can't say I agree with that theory, but the video is intriguing. It is not available on YouTube. Perhaps it was not a good idea to add it here without the context. Also, perhaps too many images of actual violence, for which I apologize. They did go well with Leonard Cohen's dark poem, but, they are not for sensitive people.
