Sometimes it happens that you want to cook something and in the house there is everything you need, except for some ingredients. The same thing happened to me once, when I couldn't find eggs in the house and decided to bake a cookie. But then I figured out how to cook it without this component, and I liked the final result so much that now I make cakes for cakes like this, especially since you can eat them like that, without spreading with cream.
Ingredient
1.5 cup of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda and vanilla sugar
250 ml of boiling water
4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 glass of sugar
And first of all, we set the oven to 180 C, and at this time we prepare the dough ourselves. To do this, mix boiling water, sunflower oil, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl. Also, I do this with a mixer at very low speed, mixing the ingredients until the sugar dissolves completely. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and vanilla sugar, then pour the dry mixture into the liquid mixture. Next, I mix all of these ingredients together into a smooth batter and immediately pour it into a parchment-lined baking dish.
Put in a preheated oven 180 ° for 40 minutes.
If you want, cut in half in cake and grease with cream.
