Pastors, Apologists, and Truth-Social Christians Part 1

Israel’s religious leaders in the 1st century believed they were children of God and knew His written word. They were convinced they were of God, and their practices were sanctioned by God. Jesus tells them that they not only won’t enter the kingdom of Heaven, but also they have prevented others from entering. The gospel is straightforward and fairly simple. Christians today add to the gospel, or they take from the gospel, or they do both. In either case, their gospel is a distortion, and it confuses the actual gospel. This video is part 1 of an edited Zoom recording from the September 14, 2022, Bible study. Many of the truths brought out in the study are not being taught in Christian churches or in Bible studies.
