Pritzker and Illinois Democrats Repealed Parental Notification

In 2021, Illinois Democrats and Governor JB Pritzker voted to take away the parental rights of moms and dads by repealing the law which required parental notification for minors girls seeking to end the life of their unborn baby.

This was the state’s final restriction on abortion.
