I used 11 1/2 cups of plum
5 1/2 cups of sugar
I did use the blender to get the big chunks down
cook until thickened
I used hot everything flipped for 5 minutes waiting for them all to ping
If for some reason the open kettle doesn't work you can water bath for 15 minutes
