Amal Clooney urges nations not to become 'numb' to war crimes

At an event on the sidelines of the United Nations’ annual debate, human rights lawyer Amal Clooney said, “accountability remains a priority.” The conference, hosted by Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany in New York City Thursday (September 22), was aimed at bringing justice to Ukraine. Clooney said, "...as cities emerge from occupation, we find reports of mass graves from Bucha to Mariupol. And now Izium."
