Russia's Foreign minister blames the West for the deliberate incitement of the conflict in Ukraine and accuses international bodies of closing the eyes on the violation of human rights by Kiev. Ukrainian forces shell Donetsk city once again - at least 6 people are said to have been killed. With the referendum on joining Russia on the way in four disputed regions, attacks have been intensifying. A prisoner exchange sees 55 soldiers returned to Russia while Ukrainian servicemen handed over by Moscow, include members of the infamous Azov battalion. Senegal says it opposes mounting pressure from the West pushing Africa to choose sides in the Ukraine conflict. That's as the US threatens the continent with sanctions over Russian gas, while at the same time claiming there is no coercion.
