Colleen Shogan, WH Historical Association, Thinks Republicans Are Stupid

Josh Hawley is questioning Colleen Shogan, of the White House Historical Association, on a piece she did back in 2007. In her opinion, all Republicans are "anti intellectual" which is a PC way of calling Republicans stupid. This isn't just directed at Republican voters, this is also directed at former Republican presidents. She controls what goes down in history, so it is relevant. I'll link to her journal article.
