Second Earthquake Rocks Mexico

22.09.22 - Buildings in the capital Mexico City swayed as a 6.8-magnitude quake struck early on Thursday and killed two, just days after the city was shaken by a 7.6 quake.

President Andrés Manuel López Obrador confirmed it was an aftershock from Monday's quake, and was felt throughout the state - with people huddling in the streets as seismic alarms blared.

The quake is the third major earthquake disaster to hit the country in recent years.
