FED hikes rates but unlike recent hikes, but one big difference this time and its not great news

FED raises rates another 75 bps, the 2 year treasury is at 4%+ and somehow mortgage bonds are out of favor. SOmething doesn't add up here and I'm not sure what it is just yet. Hope this helps.
