GHAPS Board President Shows His Temper and Violates Policy

GHAPS Board President Carl Treutler has been on the Board for 22 years. Under his leadership, $1 million dollars was embezzled by the Assistant Superintendent, which Mr Treutler admitted was the Board's responsibility. He also repeatedly lost his temper with his fellow Board member and did not allow her to express her opinions.
