Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said 215 Ukrainian and foreign citizens have been released by Russia in a prisoner exchange. Russia received 55 prisoners including Viktor Medvedchuk, an ex-Ukrainian lawmaker and ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin accused of treason, he added. The swap is the biggest exchange between the two sides since the start of Russia's invasion in February.
