3 Disturbing Posts from Reddit [Vol. 48]

The first story is about how a kid was invited to a friends birthday party in 1997 which was taking place at a shopping center. After their mom drops them off at a shopping center, the kid waited for people to show up and no one showed up for the party. Eventually a couple notices the story teller and goes up to them and makes small talk. They then ask the story teller what are they doing and they reply stating waiting for their friends. Eventually though the people from the party never come and the couple offers to give the story teller money for pizza and drinks and play at the arcade. They accept this and after awhile the story teller tries to call home multiple times but their parents never answer. Eventually a worker in the shopping center notices this and is suspicious so they call the police. A police officer comes and asks the kid for their parents information and address. The couple asks the kid if they want to come with them and they say sure. The cop however follows the couple's car to their house. The couple is never heard from again. The second story is about how two women walk out late to go to a gas station to get food. However the gas station only accepts cash and they only have a debit card. So the story teller walks down a block to another gas station that accepts cash and notices an odd man staring at her. She doesn't find this to be a problem though and walks inside the gas station to get cash. Eventually she leaves and the man tries to beeline towards her and the gas station clerk grabs the man and she runs back to her friend. The third story is about how a woman who is trying to sell a car on Facebook gets two offers. One offer has a price that is a bit too low for the story teller but another offer is good. She accepts the second offer and the buyer comes with three other friends in a range rover. She finds this odd and eventually they decide to buy the car and ask her if she wants to get into the car with them to go get the cash. She declines as she finds this and the men odd. She doesn't sell the car to them and accepts the first offer. The car is sold to the first buyer and the sketchy four men walk out on her out of nowhere on her street while she's walking her dog. One of the men tries to grab her and her dog bites him and she runs back to her house. That night the men in the range rover sit outside her house but then the car is never seen again.
