DAY 22 FROM 30 DAYS PUSH UP CHALLENGE

20X6 that means 120 pushups.

I am doing variables until I find out the best formula.

Actually I hated push ups.

It was challenging to make 100 but with simple distribution I made them.

My mission is to share the message for improvement with you guys.
