Brand New Winchester Guns Jam During 1st Use! - 12 gauge SXP Defender & 22 LR Wildcat.

My brand new Winchester SXP Defender 12 gauge shotgun and Winchester Wildcat 22 rifle failed the first time I used them. Please comment if you've had these jamming issues before. I would love to know how you resolved them.
Sorry guys I know it's been months since the last upload, but Youtube pays me peanuts and I have to spend the majority of my time focusing on my business that brings in the most money. Hopefully soon I can get on a regular uploading schedule.
