What Are The Benefits Of A Three Point Price Plan?

I'm not sure how many of you guys actually know who Alex Hormozi is, but I've been following him now for another six months or so, and the guy's got all kinds of great messages. But one of the things he actually was talking about today was pricing structures of products, essentially. Right. So you should have at least like a good better than a best type option.

So he was saying that there's three basically three price points. And how if you move the middle price point, you'll actually you can either sell more of the more expensive product or if you move the middle price point closer to the cheaper product, then you'll probably sell more of the middle price point. If the middle price point is priced, you know, 10% less than the high end highest price point, then the highest price point is going to look like a deal.

Therefore you're gonna get more sales. So in my business, in our business, the way that we have it structured is ultimately we have their month long programs. But you can either go with like the more paid advertising you do then the better the cheaper it is, right? So a one month program might be, you know, $12,000 or a one week program might be $4,000.

So somewhere in the middle, there is a price point in the middle, which is our two week deal, which is a half a month. And that's actually a little bit of a discount from the one week, but nowhere near as big of a discount for the full month because that's what we're trying to push for, is we want we want people to go for that full month because at the end of the day, that's how we keep our referral repeat business going and going and going and going and going.

Because once they're on our program, they never leave.
