Pull day is always fun to train. I find my posture the next day to be great. I burn a ton of calories. It helps me get stronger and push myself to do better. The warmup I gave in this video, you can do on any upper body day. The fitness exercises demonstrated afterwards are exercises you can look to add. Do what's best for your training. The gym is all about consistency. The effort you put in will pay off. Just keep working hard. It's a process. You can reach your fitness goals. Take it one day at a time.
