Justice Michael Gableman | Now Employed By The Thomas Moore Society, Represented Harry Wait
Former Justice and Special Council, Michael Gableman is now employed by the Thomas Moore Society. Justice Gableman represented Mr. Wait in a preliminary hearing and secured a continuance. Justice Gableman and his new employer has offered to help Harry Wait (charged with two felony counts of misappropriating identification information and two misdemeanor counts of election fraud concerning absentee ballots) find legal counsel. Mr. Wait used MyVote.wi.gov to request absentee ballots belonging to Racine Mayor, Cory Mason and Speaker of the Assembly, Robin Vos on July 26. The mayor's ballot was delivered to Wait's address but the speaker's was never delivered. The new court date is October 7 at 2:30 p.m.
